Jen Franks Ahaghotu (AH HA GO TO) is a Harvard College graduate, Black Women World Record Laureate, Film Producer & Transformation Coach. She is founder and CEO of Disruptive Truth LLC. Jen supports Black women to embody their calling and live a regret-free life by bringing their legacy projects to life on behalf of Black women and girls 10 generations into the future.

 

An educator for 15 years, Jen designed and implemented a multi-million dollar initiative in New York City impacting 250 schools and 100,000 students a year with a focus on racial equity. As the World Record Laureate of the Black Women World Record movement, Jen rallied thousands of black women to share pictures of themselves and their graduation certificates on social media. The project generated over 1.4 million impacts online in honor of civil rights icon Ruby Bridges’s birthday on September 8, 2023.
